To really get a polished hard wood floor that appears to be professional isn't that hard. You will want the right tools and a little bit of knowledge. I like to recommend that you invest in a good "How To" guide with plenty of illustrations or photos and a Flooring Nailer from Amazon online (you can purchase the model mentioned ASIN B00597HWWS for around $200). You could also get nails on Amazon online however, if you've got a local Home Depot it likely will work better to purchase them
