The Plays of Ancient Greece and the Bible
The Classic play writers featured the Otherworld a lot in the work of their hands. They set out to understand this world through the eyes of the otherworld. Comically they tended to do this. In comparison, the Biblical narrative talks about Hell in serious terms. The bible quotes typically manage death as well as Hell as being a quite somber point to discuss.The plays in questions do not have a hint of any religious rigors.
