Organic chemical substances are usually synthesized by using Benzoic acid that functions as an important chemical starter
Benzoic acid is the very basic aromatic and organic acid that becomes a crystalline solid. Benzoic Acid salts are also used for food preservation. The benzoic acid is naturally occurring as free and also as bound to esters in different types of plants and animals. Benzoic acid is being extracted from the Benzoin gum. When an apple has fungus in it, the result is the production of Benzoic acid hydrocarbon. benzoic acid is serving as a significant base chemical to make other sorts of chemicals
