Australian Sports Nutrition and Their Contribution to Athletes

Every runner is aware of just how beneficial a properly adjusted nutrition is imortant to them while undergoing training and during the race itself. Nevertheless, only a few seem to pay attention on how the climate seems to have an effect on their bodies' nutritional demands. Just think, when you run a marathon for three hours, you would be losing a great amount of carbohydrates. In addition, you would sweat, which could add on to the problem.
