HistorySeattle, the biggest city in the Pacific Northwest region of the country, is the county seat of the U.S. state of Washington King County. It is also the 15th largest metropolitan area in the country with a population of 3.4 million in that area itself. It isn't a wonder as it is the 6th most busy port in America serving as a major entryway trade with Asia.
